Note: "This is not the exact words of the preacher!”

In this new topic we will be sharing some parables that can be found in bible:

The parable of two sons (Matthew 21: 28-32):

The parables talks of two different groups of God’s seekers who initially refused Jesus but later accepted him. Also the other group who accepted the message of God but didn’t do the will of God.

Keynote: “You can only obey who you trust, respect and fear.”

The parable of tenants (Matthew 21: 33-45):

Our life is like stewardship and we will one day account for it. The coming of Jesus brought the truth and new way of going to the father. We cannot reject the revelation of Jesus. The people of the world like the Pharisees and were threatened  by Jesus who wants to stop the old way of worshipping God through the Pharisees.

Keynote: “You cannot come to the father except by me!”

The parable of rich men/wise steward (Luke 16: 1-13):

If you give out to those who are in need then God will look after us. Learn to be a cheerful giver and it doesn’t have to be money. It can be advice, time and otherwise.

Keynote: “We must be desperate to help others.”

The parable of rich man and Lazarus (Luke 16: 19-31):

The rich man never helped while on earth but Lazarus was poor. If we keep all we have to ourselves we will never gain anything.

God will look after those who choose to give. There are blessings in giving as those who do so shall receive in return.

Keynote: “Givers never lack but give wisely!”
