God has called me to dream. As a leader you are to dream but the followers are to do. But many leaders are doing the dreams.

Ponder on this; move from favour to influence. Favour opens doors but influence opens nations. The power of God is taking us to a position of influence.

Many people are not experiencing growth because they don't want to be fit, put into frame and remain together. There's possibility to have union without unity for God do not bless union but unity.
