'HE WALKS ABOUT'.

"And the Lord said to Satan, from where come you? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, from going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it" - Job 1:7
.
Satan is not omnipresent, he's only in a place at a time but he has a network with his fallen angels whose mission is to carry out his assignment - steal, kill and destroy.
.
The devil is mobile in that he walks about to look for whom to destroy. When you understand this, you'll be more sober and vigilant in escaping his attack.
.
Do not forget that Satan thrives through a man's ignorance and disobedience. You may be lucky to escape his plan but when next you deal in folly, you'll give him an occasion to strike; this is why you must be sensitive at all times.
.
Satan is restless but we the children of God are resting or rejoices at our victory over him without knowing that he often retreats to refire. Do not think that your victory over one temptation is a total victory over it; as he left Jesus for a season, he leaves men too for a season (Luke 4:13).
.
Why many rise and fall into temptation is because they forgot that the devil is walking about and he's looking for those who are ignorant of his devices to be destroyed.
.
The only way to be completely victorious over the devil is to watch (be sober and vigilant) and pray always (Matt. 26:41). Prayer does the spiritual job while being sober and vigilant takes care of the physical aspect.
