Who is a real woman?
She is the one who knows and serve God faithfully. She is proud of herself, loves her body and will not allow anyone turn it to a toy. She respects herself and others, she is aware of who she is, dresses well to cover all that needs to be covered and she speaks edifying words.
She neither seeks definition from the person she is with, nor does she expect him to read her mind, she talks, gives godly and useful advises. She is quite capable of articulating her needs. She knows her body is not to be exchanged for any need because her God owns all and will supply all her needs.
A real woman has a dash of inspiration, a spirit of endurance, a heart of love and she's a forgiver.
She knows that she will at times have to inspire others to reach the potential God gave them. This real woman knows her past, understands her present, and moves toward the future, she does not live in fear of the future because of her past; instead, she understands that her life experiences are merely lessons, meant to bring her closer to self-knowledge and unconditional self-love.
She does not need to fit into any worldly standard so as to belong, she only need God who will announce her to generations because she is called blessed. She knows God and bears good fruits. She knows that with God the world is her playground, but without God she will just be played.
The heart of her husband trusts in her completely, she will not bring him down because of financial lack or any inadequacy but instead she will proactively seek measures to fill the gap and pray for him with all her strength while showing him love and respect.
A real woman as a wife will not compare her husband to anyone, or disrespect him and she will no adore her spiritual leaders more than her husband. She speaks good into her children.
She knows she is just not to give birth and take care of the house or be a career person only. No! She is more than that. She occupies a serious position in the life of a man and even her children just as Mary the mother of Jesus did in John 2:1-11. She operates in her zone with full authority, she is the body to make her (husband/men) head grow high or tall.
As a lady, she does not always think of what the man she will marry will do for her but what she will do for him to make a difference in his life. Her presence in his life makes him favored by God. She is a supporter and right influence.
Behind a respected and honored man stands a woman who takes her role as a 'helper'. A woman that knows her position and recognize her work in the life of the man she's married to, and she's doing it. She'll definitely make the man honorable and stand before kings.
She is a giver and she's hospitable. She is not weak and takes her prayer altar seriously. She is the Deborah of her home and generation. A good example of good woman can be found in Pro 31:10-31, consider also Ruth in Ruth 2:1-23.
Are you one? Celebrate her if you are or you know one. She deserves it please.
