Pastor Francis C. Otuisi, a minister of God ordained and full of holy spirit; whose calling into the soul-saving ministry he describes as unbelievable.
After he was prophesied unto by numerous and powerful ministers of God in Nigeria that "one day he would be preaching the gospel of Christ!" Having studied business administration at the University of Lagos (UNILAG); a lucrative course that many believe would land him in a big commercialized industry anywhere in the world.
Today, he is a living testimony of the prophesy spoken by God through His mouth-piece(s) on earth. Pastor Francis as he is popularly called not only preaches the gospel of Christ but also teaches unadulterated word of the most high.

Interviewer: " Good day Pastor Francis and Evangelist Joyce and thank you for this wonderful opportunity."
Pastor Francis and Evangelist Joyce: "Good day and you are welcome."
Q.(Pastor Francis & Evangelist Joyce): Can you introduce yourself to the world?
A.(Pastor Francis): I am Pastor Francis Otuisi.
A.(Evangelist Joyce): My names are Evangelist Joyce Otuisi.
Q.(Pastor Francis & Evangelist Joyce): Can you tell us about your background?
A.(Pastor Francis): I was born into a family of six siblings; 3 boys and girls. I am the last among the boys.
A.(Evangelist Joyce): I was born in a family of six with five boys and I am the second child of the family; also the only girl.
Q.(Pastor Francis & Evangelist Joyce): Can you tell us about your education background?
A.(Pastor Francis): My secondary education was in Lagos State, Nigeria and I entered into University of Lagos (UNILAG) where I studied business administration and graduated in 1999.
A.(Evangelist Joyce): I attended Federal Government Girls College, Langtang in Plateau State, Nigeria. I also went to University of Nsukka where I studied public administration and graduated in 2001.
Q.(Pastor Francis): Where did you meet with Evangelist Joyce?
A.(Pastor Francis): We met on 16th day of January in year 2011 in South Africa and ever since we have being together after a holy marriage on 28th March, 2011.
Q.(Evangelist Joyce): How would you define daddy?
A.(Evangelist Joyce): He is the one that is ready to do whatever God tells him to do. Whatever the Lord has spoken to him he will follow it without an aorta of complaints or doubts. Anything that concerns the things of God he always likes to sacrifice so that it comes to actualization. He is one in a million to me!
Q.(Pastor Francis): How would you define mummy?
A.(Pastor Francis): She is the best woman in the world. She is the woman of peace and love. One of the reasons I love her so much is because she loves the things of God!
Q.(Pastor Francis): How did you get into the ministry?
A.(Pastor Francis): Yeah, my going into the ministry was a miracle. My growing up is filled with loving the things of God. Most renowned ministers of God in Nigeria that I was closed with at that time prophesized about my involvement in the ministry of Christ. Great men of God like: Rev. Dr. Umar Ukpai and late Pastor Emeka of CBM Ministries, Lagos State in Nigeria.
Q.(Pastor Francis): When you received the prophesy, what steps did you take?
A.(Pastor Francis): I never believed it but has years passed by I saw myself in the dream world preaching and that convinced me that I was called of God!
Q.(Pastor Francis): Since you accepted the call from God, where did you get your spiritual training from?
A.(Pastor Francis): I remember I was trained spiritually at Christian Pentecostal Mission, in Lagos, Christian Bible Mission Ministries; also in Lagos and finally in South Africa at Rock of Victory Ministries International.
Q.(Evangelist Joyce): As a spiritual helper and wife to daddy; what are your callings in the ministry?
A.(Evangelist Joyce): To teach the word of God and to intercede un-behalf to make things go according to the plan of God.
Q.(Pastor Francis): I understand that you have your own ministry at the centre of Johannesburg(CBD). So when did you start nursing going into ministry of your own?
A.(Pastor Francis): I had series of dreams from God informing to start a ministry of my own even before I met and married my wife and the dreams continue even when I started as a Pastor and it never stops. Not until last month September that God called me to go in-door for spiritual directions and guidance that I heard the Lord spoke to me loud and clear that is high time I started my own ministry.
Q.(Pastor Francis): What's the name of your own ministry?
A.(Pastor Francis): Glorious Enhancement Ministries International.
Q.(Pastor Francis): Where is it located?
A.(Pastor Francis): The house of God is located at 115, Marshall Street, Ghandi Square, beside MacDonald, Carlton Centre in Johannesburg CBD.
Q.(Pastor Francis): What should people expect when they come into the house of God?
A.(Pastor Francis): They should expect the salvation of their souls. Various miracles of healing, promotion, deliverance,restoration, open-doors, divine connection, reconciliation, favour and blessings of all kinds.
Q.(Evangelist Joyce): In conclusion, where do you see the ministry in the next 5 years?
A.(Evangelist Joyce): Ecclesiastes 3:14 says "I know that everything God does will remain forever; there is nothing to add to it and there is nothing to take from it, for God has so worked that men should fear Him." (N.I.V).
She concludes by saying "whatever God has destined us to be will surely be it as nobody can stop us!"
Q.(Pastor Francis): What are your advice to your fellow pastors out there?
A.(Pastor Francis): I Corinthians 9:27 says "but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified."(N.I.V.).
He adds also that "Pastors should be up and doing because the second coming of Lord Jesus is at hand!
Teach the people of God unadulterated word of God and to live by example according to I Timothy 4:12."
