The School of Marriage

Everyone in life is a product of an education, and a school is a place where you receive formal or informal education. We have been schooled through life’s experiences or through our different upbringing. Apart from educational institutions where you receive formal training, there are other places where you belong or associate and one of such places is the school of marriage. 

Those who postulated that marriage is a school did not lie. It’s a place where you must learn, relearn and unlearn. There’s no amount of books you might have read that’s enough. Good books will prepare you but applying what you have learned is up to you.

In marriage, your character, patience, love, faith and every virtue you possess will be tested. Those who fail will repeat it, and those who fail oftentimes, and are not willing to learn, or perhaps have married the wrong spouse will bow out.
