Who's God - The Father

God is often conceived as the greatest entity in existence. God is often believed to be the cause of all things and so is seen as the creator, sustainer, and ruler of the universe. God is often thought of as incorporeal and independent of the material creation, while pantheism holds that God is the universe itself.

God, however, doesn't just ask us to look for him in the world using reason. He also comes to us, revealing himself directly to humanity. This is called Divine Revelation.

God is the infinite, personal, Triune Lord, who is higher than everything yet present everywhere, and who has exercises authority and control over all things. There is much we could say about the biblical view of God

The Bible does not give one specific definition of God. Instead, it assumes God's existence from the beginning and reveals His nature and work throughout. God is understood as the supreme being and the creator of the universe.

From now on you do know him and have seen him” (John 14:6-7). It is in the person of Christ that God has most fully revealed himself and it is through the person of Christ that we can know God the Father. If we are to have a relationship with God, if we are to truly know him, this can only happen through Christ.

God is indefinable.
